Oolong Tea is one of the most famous Chinese teas and is half fermented. The hometown of Oolong tea is Anxi county of Fujian province in south east China. The subtropical Anxi mountain area has a mild, warm and foggy climate with plenty of rain and sunshine; its deep, brown soil contains rich organic mineral components. Anxi has a long tea production history, dating back to the 7th century Tang Dynasty.





Oolong tea has more than 70 varieties, mostly named according to their own particular features. Tie Guan Yin (铁观音), means Iron Goddess - as heavy as iron in quality and as fine as Goddess in aroma and taste. This is the most famous Oolong tea.

Quality Oolong gives you a luxurious experience of a dense fruity and flowery aroma with a bright golden colour and smooth, mature taste.

Guan Yin King is the high point of Oolong beauty. Once you taste it, you can’t forget it!

How to brew Oolong:

A handmade Yixing clay teapot is the best.
4 g for 4 dl water;
95-100 ℃ water. Refill up to 6-7 times.

  1. Warm up the teapot;
  2. Put in tea, 4 g for 4 dl teapot;
  3. Slowly and evenly pour in 95-100 ℃ water
  4. Infuse for 1 minute.
